AI & Synthetic Content Notice

1. You are interacting with AI

Build Perch is an AI dashboard. Responses, suggestions, and generated media are produced by third-party artificial-intelligence models, and are clearly presented as AI output within the application. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive, and may not reflect real people, events, or facts. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it.

2. AI-generated and AI-manipulated content

Build Perch includes tools that generate or edit images, audio, music, video, text, and code using third-party AI models. Content produced or modified with these tools is artificially generated or manipulated.

Build Perch does not add machine-readable AI-origin metadata (such as C2PA Content Credentials, XMP, EXIF, or ID3 tags) to the files it produces. If you need generated files to carry such markings for publication, regulatory compliance, or any other purpose, you are responsible for applying that marking yourself before publishing or sharing the file.

3. Your responsibility when you publish

If you publish or distribute AI-generated content, you may have your own legal obligations to disclose that it is artificially generated — for example, under the European Union’s Artificial Intelligence Act (Article 50) for synthetic images, audio, video, or certain published text, or under other applicable laws. You are responsible for meeting any such obligations for content you create and distribute, including applying any machine-readable AI-origin markings required by the jurisdictions in which you publish.
